I'm a Research Staff Member at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York.

My main current research interest is the all-digital PLL (phase-locked loop) project.

I'm also working on a number of other things: low-power DFE (decision-feedback equalizer) receivers,
high-speed wireline communication circuits and integrated photonics.
